Michelle Rouillard (born October 28, 1986) is a beauty pageant titleholder who, representing the Cauca Department, was crowned Miss Colombia 2008 in Cartagena. She obtained a score of 9.8 in the evening gown and swimsuit competitions.
Rouillard, a student of international business at Concord University in Canada, speaks three languages: Spanish, English and French. She represented Colombia at the Miss Universe 2009 contest in August, unexpectedly causing a stir by having cut and dyed her hair, which she felt more comfortable with and thought would grab people's attention in Miss Universe.[1] Despite this, she failed to make the final fifteen.
